Return & Warranty claims

As a customer you are entitled to return you purchase within 14 days. Detailed information is stated in our Terms of purchase.
How to process a return or warranty claim:

1. Contact our Customer Service at info@rehband.store or fill in the form below.

2. Our Customer Service will e-mail you a pre-paid Shipping Label and a Return Note for you to print out. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your spam box before contacting us for a new one. If you do not have a printer Shipping Label and a Return Note can be sent out to you by regular mail. Do note that this will take 2-4 days extra to receive.

3. The product should be packaged the same way it was delivered. It is important that the product is in its original box which is then well packaged. Include the filled Return Note and put the Shipping Lable on to the package.

4. Hand in the package at your post office. Save the tracing ID until the package has been received by us.

5. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your return or warranty claim has been received and processed. Refund minus shipping cost of €4.90 incl. VAT will be paid to the account stated in the Return Note within 14 days. If your warranty claim is approved, Rehband will pay the shipping cost.
